Return Policy

We are committed at Horn craft to providing you our customers with the highest quality products at all times, however, should any of our products not meet with your requirement and expectations, you have the right to replacement or a full refund from us.

Please contact us at info@horncraft.co.uk where we will issue you with a returns code, before returning your item. In your email please make sure you enclose the following information-

 

• Your Full Name and address on or in the Package
• Order number or Invoice
• Item number or names of items

• You must take good care of the goods purchased and must not use them.
• Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days after they are received in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, quoting your order reference or invoice number.
• Replacement will be dispatched upon receipt of the returns from you and we request that you kindly retain proof of postage ensuring that the goods be adequately insured during the return journey to us. Under these circumstances, we are unable to refund postage costs incurred.
• Full refund will be made within 14 days thereafter.

 

Please do not use Courier Service, as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must write "Returning Unsuitable Goods to Sender" on the customs form and parcel. We will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
